What you share
The request form collects your name, email, phone number, vehicle information, town, ZIP code, service preference, and any appointment preferences or notes you provide. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal information in the notes.
How it is used
MPG uses your request to discuss the service, check availability, prepare a quote, and arrange an appointment. Submitting the form authorizes contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and access
This website is hosted on Vercel. Requests are stored in private Vercel Blob storage and are accessible through a password-protected owner dashboard. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the site. The form uses time-limited counters derived from a hashed network address to reduce automated abuse.
Cookies and external links
The owner dashboard uses a secure session cookie for authentication. No advertising trackers are intentionally installed on this site. Links to Instagram and Facebook take you to services with their own privacy practices. Fonts may be delivered by Google Fonts.
Questions and deletion requests
To ask about your submitted information, request a correction, or request deletion, contact MPG at (978) 596-5443. Include your request reference if available.
